For almost 20 years, Pulse Services has been delivering software solutions for the automotive, banking and telecommunication industries in North America. A division of Pulse Services, that specializes in the design, development and deployment of branded, mobile communications platforms for auto dealers and their existing client base, required Sprout’s services. Its flagship product – Auto Dealer App by Pulse was being introduced at the NADA Convention and Expo in San Francisco, in January, 2015. NADA is the automotive industry event of the year and the world’s largest international trade show for franchised new-vehicle dealers.
Challenge
The Pulse website and material were very technical in nature and did not clearly convey the experience and value for auto dealers. In addition, website traffic had decreased.
Solution
Sprout provided new messaging and reorganized Pulse’s existing website to clearly identify the value behind why dealers would want to introduce the Pulse branded mobile app to their customers. The website was also restructured to make it more user friendly. Trade show materials were then designed to drive traffic from the trade show to the website. Website traffic increased by over 20% and generated many leads.
