Core International offers management consulting for executive leaders for large clients such as Canadian Tire, Astra Zeneca, OLG, banks and many other leading organizations. Core needed to more clearly convey the value and experience associated with the brand from both a messaging and positioning standpoint, while finding the most effective way to differentiate themselves from their competitors, including the larger consulting firms. Core’s website was also outdated and all marketing vehicles needed to be overhauled to more accurately reflect the brand.
After executing in-depth research of Core’s competitors and the overall market, we provided a brand strategy which included an analysis and accompanying plan for Core to better position itself for all target audience touchpoints. Creative recommendations were provided in addition to bringing better cohesion to the brand through a new tagline, positioning and messaging, which has now been implemented in all Core marketing vehicles, including its new website.
