Challenge
Research is an important part of branding. The brand strategy research we executed for PC350 included collecting data and feedback from the designer + architect community, the industry, market, competitors and many other key segments. The result? Despite a 50 year history there was a lack of consistency and perception regarding what the PC350 brand was all about. Our research revealed the PC350 brand was also considered outdated and unclear. We also discovered the existing logo, tagline and messaging were creating confusion in the marketplace.
Solution
The research was key creating the new brand. To start we developed the new logo to include shades of blue, associated with trust. The logo visually imparts a full circle solution. The internal accents are an abstract representation of workspaces. The tagline was created to clearly and consistently relay what PC350 does in an instant.
The logo was the first aspect of an entire rebrand executed by Sprout. This included messaging, positioning and revamps of all customer touch points to create clarity and eliminate confusion. This included company signage, social platforms, internal business operation collateral, client collateral, new website, SEO, campaigns and all accompanying go to market strategies. The new brand has been met with very positive feedback from the architect + designer community.
Results
